Here, locally produced food is inevitable! Our region is home to many producers: cheeses, jams, charcuterie, cookies, honeys… and a whole host of other food products are produced all year round by real enthusiasts. The arts and crafts sector is not to be outdone: leatherworkers, painters, potters… as are cosmetics manufacturers: soaps, balms… During your vacation from Aubrac to the Gorges du Tarn, be sure to sample our local products, sold in short circuits, and leave with locally-made souvenirs.
