Our objectives
By taking home these locally-made products and souvenirs, you’ll become our first ambassadors, conveying the image of our region from Aubrac to the Gorges du Tarn and all our traditions. We want to make a lasting impression with local, quality products that are emblematic of our region, but also with by-products that will last over time and remind you of your stay in the region.
Here, local products are a real added value for our region: Lozere charcuterie, cheeses, jams, cookies, wines, organic and local cosmetics, cutting boards, leather goods, pottery, etc. Associating our local products with a tourist destination is an original and welcome idea to promote the local economy and an authentic region. Through our Maison de Tourisme et de Pays, we want to encourage short circuits, which means that local craftsmen and producers can develop and benefit.
