The Dargilan cave
A must-haveA visit to the Dargilan cave is a hit with visitors of all ages, who can admire the many varieties of concretions, in addition to the famous stalagmites and stalactites. Indeed, this cave is known for its varied composition, and the concretions and intertwined rocks that have resulted from the many landslides and collapses over the centuries have enabled professional speleologists to discover numerous chambers that have subsequently been catalogued. It’s a world of perpetual change: the water that drips and sculpts the cave’s breathtaking scenery continues its slow work. In this way, the concretions bear witness to thousands of years of evolution that continues to this day.
