The beers

Many brewers in Lozère

Blonde, amber, brown, flavored… our brewers’ local beers are all the same, but different, each with its own particularities and unique taste. For flavors that are both authentic and full of character.

You can find these beers direct from our brewers, in local produce stores or at craft markets. Some brewers even have their own tasting room!

The wines

Try our organic red, white and rosé wines made from local vines in the Gorges du Tarn. Whether you prefer powerful, structured wines or fruity notes, you’ll find what you’re looking for among the wines made locally.

Aperitifs

Gentian liqueurs…

Gentian alcohol is created from the roots of the flower of the same name. Its taste is rather bitter, but characteristic of the Aubrac region.

You can taste this natural-tasting beverage right on the Aubrac plateau.

Non-alcoholic drinks

On the non-alcoholic side, try lemonades made from local ingredients: blueberry, chestnut honey, lemon… A simple way to quench your thirst using local products. Mmmmmmmmmmmh… a delight!
