Cascade de Plagnes, Lozère.Situated between the deep valleys of the Aubrac foothills and the high plateau, the landscape here leaves us dreaming. As we round a bend in the road, the waterfall suddenly appears. It’s formed by the Carteyrou stream, which flows down a volcanic cliff to join the Doulou, a tributary of the Lot.
A bridge spans the stream, allowing us to admire the waterfall.
